As Chief Trainer of MAKS BELA INTERNATIONAL, Akila is an International Certified level 5 TESOL trainer (Teaching English to the speaker of other languages) from Trinity College London and also certified Train The Trainer for IELTS from British Council and IDP, Authorized trainer by PEARSON PTE, Train the Trainer from TOEFL and OET (PPP). Equipped with international credentials and her strengths of being highly result-oriented and having strong facilitation skills gives her a significant advantage in this role as a training consultant because it has provided her with experiential training, mentoring & coaching, consulting and program/project- management experiences, all of which have been instrumental in delivering tangible results to her clients.

She trains people for IELTS, PTE, OET, CELPIP& TOEFL. In her training and coaching, She is dynamic and interactive. A blend of learning, fun and Quality helps to motivate people. As a trainer, set goals with them; guide them to success. So that the individual achieves his or her objectives and the goals of the organization.

She has trained Senior and Middle Management, IT as well as BPO employees to speak better English and to neutralize their accents.
