The OET Reading is a 60-minute session that has two different tasks. Part A of the test is a summary reading task, and Part B is a multiple-choice section which is based on two reading passages. You will have 15 minutes to finish Part A, and 45 minutes to finish Part B, for a total time limit of 60 minutes. The passages in OET Reading Part A are all about healthcare. They may work on various subjects, such as diagnosis, treatment, patient care, and research. The reading text is usually brief, with an average length of 200 words.
