The IELTS Writing test is the third session of the IELTS test, which is 60 minutes long and consists of 2 different tasks. The candidates are analyzed for writing a response appropriately, organizing ideas, and using a wide range of vocabulary and grammar accurately. The main difference between IELTS Academic and General Writing is the way of the question and the type of language that is required to answer it.
- In Task 1, you are supposed to write a report or a letter of not less than 150 words. You will be given 60 minutes to complete the tasks.
- The IELTS Writing Task 2 Essay is the same for both the Academic and General where you have to write an essay of 250 words.
