The IELTS speaking test is a face-to-face conversation with the examiner that will analyze your English speaking skills, lasting for 10-15 minutes, which is divided into three parts.
- Part 1(4-5 mins)of the test will commence with the examiner asking you to say your name and show your identification, the examiner will give you a topic and you will have 1-2 mins to talk.
- In Part 2(3-4 mins) you have to talk for 2 minutes about the topic in the card that you picked.
- In Part 3(4-5 mins), you will be assessed based on your presentation and justification of opinion on the various issues related to the general topic you picked in Part 2.
